I had been trying to loose the extra weight I gained when I got married 5 years ago. Before I married weigh 137 my weight I gained 161. After 24 hours the products was working 3 days into it I knew I can do this it's worth it I dropped 7 lbs with out working out. I followed the eating and made sure to buy all I needed and rid of all the bad things in my house. Love it will do it again *
