I am on my 9th day on this blood cleanse and I feel amazing. I feel more focused, I slept deeper and all night long. I woke up with lots of energy. My skin has cleared up and my hair has gotten thicker. The diet was easy for me. I bought my food ahead of time and prepped. I bought large jugs of alkaline water and drank a gallon a day. I believe that the pill box is a must have for any cleanse that you're going to do. It makes it more convenient to take your pills. Instead of carrying around 5 different bottles. Then trying to get the amount out of each one that you need at that moment. I'm a firm believer that if you pre-set your pills then it will be less intimidating. *
