I am completely happy with the process as well as the results of the Full Body Cleanse. I have learned that I have self discipline as well as a desire to stay focused on raw eating. The supplements have also given me a healthy glow to my skin as well as a boost of energy. I have found that by eating healthy and taking the supplements as scheduled, I was not hungry.
