This is the real deal, it is a bit challenging if you are addicted to caffeine but after first 3 days you begin to feel so great!!!! I am trying to do the Full Body Cleanse every 6 months it is worth it, I feel great! So much less cravings! I have much better choices now and I have learned about my body reactions to certain foods like bread, which causes me a flare up of inflammation and also makes me feel heavy and tired. I have been doing the Full Body Cleanse for many years. I typically try to do it at least once/year, sometimes twice. I love this product. I have always loved taking herbs and this one is designed to target each body system. I always seem to know I need it when my digestive system starts to feel sluggish and my skin is sallow looking. Then I know I've been overloading my body and things have accumulated....time to detox. The trickiest part is finding the least socially inconvenient time to dive in.
