I did the 10 day Colon Cleanse & I was very pleased. I lost about 8 pounds. Previously, I did the 3 week Detox (Full Body Cleanse) & with that I lost about 15 pounds. What I loved about the 10 day is that it came with the smoothie mix. I would use it in the mornings with fruits and it kept me full until lunch time. Plus it's got the fiber I needed. It's a great product! *
