Hi, I want to express my true joy of the 10 Day Colon Cleanse. I was a little skeptical about first if I could do 10 days and 2nd just how much weight I would actually loose. I'm in my sixties, still very active physically. and I do have health issues like high blood pressure and gout for which I am taking medicine and it is under control so I worried how these herbs would affect me. But to my great surprise I had no side effects. I lost about ten pounds. But the encouraging part of the program is that I began to loose the weight and feel more energetic and youthful after a few days of using this product.
