Both my mother & I used the 10 day full body cleanse. It was hell by the 5th day for me lol but we made it. My mom lost weight not sure how much, I didn't just inches which was fine to me..but we had a lot of energy, tho I was hungry the first few days I started but its all in the mind. Would be using it again. *

I purchased the 10-day full body cleanse express and was expecting the same outcome as the 20-day cleanse. However, the 10-day doesn't have a few other important ingredients for major organs, like the lung cleanse, and I certainly needed it due to all the sickness this year. I would use the 10-day cleanse as a secondary yearly cleanse, with the 20-day cleanse being your initial cleanse. It works, and I stand behind this product. P.S., I've even asked for their products for Christmas gifts. Good cleaning and God Bless. *

It was a great product and I did lose weight. However, by the 6th day, I started experiencing muscle fatigue. I'm not sure if it was because the 10 day Cleanse is an Express body cleanse or if I just didn't eat enough. I did the 20 day full body cleanse 6 months before I tried the 10 day Cleanse, my experience and results were much better with the 20 day cleanse (5 stars). All in all, I think that it's an amazing product! *

Product was not as effective as some I have used. My biggest disappointment was that I had ordered the cleanse for myself and two of my sisters (all on fixed incomes) and we were each shorted several supplements. When I registered a complaint, I was offered the missing supplements; however, we had already completed the cleanse. *

I expect better Results for the price. The charcoal should be in a pill form, the tea was ok, it has a good taste to it and the cleanse pills I give them a 4. *
