My husband and I love this cleanse. We use this method at least twice a year. It's not as hard as you may think. It is worth the sacrifice in order to achieve weight-loss success. *

I've done other cleanses that "worked," however they were harsh on my system. I found that with the DHerbs cleanse, it wasn't harsh on my system..I.E. it doesn't give you diarrhea like a number of other cleanses. I'm normally a time oriented person so the scheduling of the supplements taken worked well for me. 10am, 2pm and 7pm. I thought that the vegan diet was going to be rough for me as I'm a carnivore, however, I was pleasantly surprised. I used some of the recipes listed on the website and enjoyed the avocado pesto greatly! I was apprehensive about drinking the "charcoal," however, it really didn't taste like anything and worked very well. I lost 9 pounds and 2 inches in the 10 days of the cleanse and was excited that my taste buds changed somewhat in that some foods that I previously ate, I have no desire to eat any more. My friends have complimented me on my "glowing" skin and I can only attest it to this cleanse. I will be trying the 20 day cleanse in the spring now that I know I can stay committed to the "raw vegan" diet. I loved the tea as it was very good. I added a hint of lemon juice just for some flavor. All of the products were easy on the system. No jitters, etc. LOVED IT and will be trying it again. *

Love the express. I have always used the Full Body Cleanse but this is easy and amazing as well for maintaining a healthy weight and balance. *

I lost 8 lbs on the 10 day cleanse and have kept it off. It was an awesome cleanse for wanting to do a shorter time than the 20 day, plus less capsules. I am 4 days in the cleanse. Doing well. The herbs do not upset my stomach and the tea doesn't taste bad. It's completely doable. Before the cleanse my brain was not connected to my stomach. I would eat without being hungry. Quantities were too big. Now I'm simply trying to reset. I have around 10 lbs to lose. *

I am currently deployed overseas and I will say to get to the Middle East it took about 10 days. I took the product and it was great to jump start my weight loss Covid 19 hit hard but the cleanse helped me fight off everything. I purchased the 10 day Full Body Cleanse express for a quick jumpstart to changing my lifestyle for the better. My cholesterol was a little high & I wanted to bring it back down to normal levels.
