I use this product to help with my acne as recommended. It helps to clean out any toxins from my blood, lymphatic, and circulatory system that may be causing my acne. To do that, it helps me to rid waste, which I love. I have been using this product for probably about 6 months now. It's not a miracle herb that gives me super clear skin every day all of the time, but it does help along with a healthy diet and a good skin care regimen. It definitely beats taking a prescription drug from the doctor. *

Everything appears to be working well. I started with the 20 day cleanse Monday, May 21, 2018 at 222 lbs. Today is Saturday, May 26, 2018, I'm actually down to 217 lbs. I have been hungry but I just eat blue berries to take the edge off. *

While taking these vitamins, I felt more refreshed and less sluggish. However, I did realize that to obtain best results, it is best to have a raw diet. Therefore, I am reordering them again to see how well a raw diet will affect the outcome of using these vitamins. Keeping your blood and lymphatic system clean of toxins is the key to a healthier lifestyle. I feel like these vitamins aid in cleaning out all of the toxins from your blood stream. *

When I completed my first cleanse, the rings and inflammation under my eyes just balanced out and there was much improvement. I narrowed what formula it was - Blood and Lymphatic after asking Dherbs and I bought another bottle. This formula is now an absolute staple for me! Bags and puffiness were gone. I take it in my full body cleanse, first thing in the morning. I think I feel better with it, as if it filtering the junk out my blood. I feel more energetic and alive.
