I give bowel motion 5 stars because for the most part it does what it says, But the last batch I ordered didn't quite work like previous orders. Not sure if it was because they were old or what, and I ordered 3 bottles at a time. So what ill do from now on is just order 1. *

Gets things moving! I’ve noticed a flatter tummy as well. I take 1 tablet with meals. The bottle says up to 3 tablets per dose but that is WAY too much for me. I took this for a week and then started the 20 day full body cleanse and watched my body and tummy change over night! *
