I love this product. I have gone from a size 12 to a size 8. However, I still experience bloating but I have those dreadful fibroids. I ordered some for my husband. The bowel motion has become a must in my home. I tell people about it. My sister noticed I lost weight. I told her I am tired of taking blood pressure meds. Not sure to expect, the bowel motion did not disappoint. After a few days (maybe a week) of taking it I notice a regular-daily flow and my muffin top was shrinking. So I decided to get a new scale, just to see if me feeling a little lighter was a mind game or the truth. To my surprise without changing anything new in my eating. I was 4 pounds lighter! God is GOOD! Update soon. *
