I have been taking prescribed miralax & 2 stool softeners every night for the past 10 years. I was lucky if I had one BM maybe every 3rd day (or longer). I ordered Bowel Motion about 3 weeks ago, and I can't believe how well it works!! I have not missed one day since I've started taking it, and I no longer use the stool softeners. It's a miracle!!! I'm going to become a lifetime member of this company (if there is such a thing... lol) *
