Bowel Motion is my magic pill for staying regular. I take between 2 and 4 pills a day before bedtime. I take 4 if I had a lot of junk food or meat that day. But 2 pills usually gets the job done. And it works without all of that cramping that laxatives usually cause. This is a natural alternative to those OTC laxatives. Safe enough to take daily. *

My stomach is flatter because I'm not bloated all the time and I am much more regular. I only take 2 pills before bed instead of 3. 2 is more than enough for me. Bowel Motion works great. I absolutely love it. I don’t get stomach cramps like when taking a laxative and get the same results. I don’t use it daily but when I notice I haven’t had a bowel movement in a couple days this works wonders. I always take a few on vacation with me just in case, I find that taking these mid day or at night works best because it works the following morning. Highly recommend. *
