This is my magic pill for staying regular. I take between 2 and 4 pills a day before bedtime. I take 4 if I had a lot of junk food or meat that day. But 2 pills usually gets the job done. And it works without all of that cramping that laxatives usually cause. This is a natural alternative to those OTC laxatives. Safe enough to take daily. *
