This produce works great. I absolutely love it. I don’t get stomach cramps like when taking a laxative and get the same results. I don’t use it daily but when I notice I haven’t had a bowel movement in a couple days this works wonders. I always take a few on vacation with me just in case, I find that taking these mid day or at night works best because it works the following morning. Highly recommend. *
