I've always had bowel movement problems as long as I can remember. Over the counter products either didn't work, wore off after a period of time or were too harsh on my system. So glad I stumbled across the Dherbs Bowel Motion formula! Been using it for over a year now and it continues to work great, it's never harsh on my system nor does it make me run to the bathroom.
