One of my favorite products and I buy try not to use it often. I use this with the colon and digestive tract formula when I need a good clean out. It's like a laxative without the cramping. I have used many Colon Cleanse products to stay regular and Bowel Motion is by far the best. It will keep you regular without any cramping or bloating.
