I took bowel motion every evening and it worked well to keep me regular through the holidays and the high eating days. I would certainly recommend it; it helps keep the weight down. I do not know what else to write but like I said it is good. I also used other products that have worked well, but will have to compare to see what is better for me. *

I have always had a "slow" system but due to treatment of cancer with medication it was worse. I feel this product makes it easy to "move" toxins out without harsh side effects.
