Bowel Motion works great. I take two daily at night and the next morning it’s like clockwork. It cleanses me out since I go about two to three times. I used to take another supplement but these seem to work much better. The previous product I took, I think my body got used to it because it wasn’t as effective as it was the first time I took it. Bowel Motion remains potent and works everyday! I highly recommend this for daily movements. I used to be constipated on a regular but not anymore. It’s safe and very effective! *
