I got the Brain Booster mainly for memory. During a team call I remembered two clients’ names without checking my notes (I always peek). Same thing at the grocery store. I actually stuck to the list in my head instead of opening my phone every aisle. Word recall is better too and I’m not stalling searching for a simple word. I missed a day or two when traveling and could tell the difference, so consistency matters. No weird side effects for me, stomach is fine, sleep is normal.
