I'm starting my third month of taking the Cardiovascular heart health supplement and it seems to help. My blood pressure is slowly coming down to acceptable levels. I thought it would work a little faster but I'm satisfied that progress is being made. My pressure did not go up in a month so I shouldn't expect it to go down quickly either.
