So Happy to write this review. I was waiting to go back to the doctor after 3 months and Thank God for this product. My level was down from 254 to 237, will continue with this product until I get where I'm supposed to be. This product will do what it says it will do. Very Happy ! *

Awesome product! My doctor had told me that I needed to start medication ASAP. But, I told him I wanted to take this product for 3 months and if it did not work, would begin taking the prescription meds. When I went back 3 months later, both LDL and HDL were below high risk level. *
