This product is amazing. It helps flush everything out to keep you feeling great and light. Literally after the first day, I started feeling it working. It helps with constipation and bloating and overall weight loss. I use it in combination with bowel motion and the two work amazingly. The way I take these supplements is 3 capsules of bowel motion at night preferably two/ three hours before bed, so the cleansing can undergo while asleep and 3 capsules of colon & digestive tract as soon as I wake up in the morning. Great product! Highly recommend. *

My favorite go to product. I suffer from occasional constipation and this product keeps me regular. I take 2 capsules every night and I see and feel the difference. I take a 10-15 day break in between each bottle, so my body won't get accustomed to it. I feel a lot lighter in my gut area. Very good product, I recommend to all my friends. *
