I've only been taking this for a couple of months. I still get bursts of hot flashes but it's not as intense as before. Hopefully it'll get better in a few more months. *

I started taking Female Hormonal mostly to help with hot flashes. My doctor says I’m in perimenopause. I had only experienced a few hot flashes before, but suddenly they came on with a vengeance, waking me up multiple times at night. After one bottle, I haven’t had any. I had also started experiencing terrible cramps with my period and other PMS symptoms, along with very heavy bleeding. My first period—two weeks late—after finishing the first bottle came with no cramps at all and wasn’t heavy. I’m very impressed with this product. I would have given it five stars if it had also eliminated the hormonal migraines I get with every period. *

Female Hormonal helps with my horrible cramps, it takes the pain away. The product also helps with my PMS, flow and the abnormalness of them. It's awesome for me. *

Amazing product, I started off taking 6/day and gradually went down to 3/day. Helped my breakouts a lot. Not sure about helping my sleep patterns as other people had mentioned. I would recommend Female Hormonal to anyone suffering. I had hormone imbalances and after getting tested this year, I noticed my hormone levels were normal again. *

I've been taking the Female Hormonal in place of the me steal cycle. I'm still gauging my cycle since I've been off the pill since November. It's normalized save for maybe 2 irregular moments. I like this better and it also keeps your kitty moist. I like this and the Bunny Rabbit. Dherbs make quality products as usual. The Yoni Cleanser is also another staple. *
