This product has helped me naturally combat hot flashes without the worry of side effects. It does take about 2 weeks to fully get in your system. 3 capsules are taken daily. I wish 2 capsules were enough. I tried that but the symptoms quickly returned. But overall the product does what it says it will do. *

They work! It cut down on my hot flashes greatly. I made the mistake of the hoping I could get some progesterone gel thinking that would help to balance my hormones out but boy was I wrong! The progesterone gel made my night sweats come roaring back! Lessen learned. Dherbs hormonal balance supplements is the only supplement I will be using to address this issue from now on. I have it on auto ship so I won’t be without them. *

These pills are amazing. I'm 50 still having a period. I used to cramp so bad but that stopped, my back was hurting but that stopped. I had sugar cravings and that stopped too.
