I stopped using the product for a few months for no reason and boom lady bits back to the doctor. Needless to say I’m back on these miracle herbs. Listen to your body and your body will take care of you. This works better than any probiotics I’ve tried. Not one flair up of lady bit complication on these. *

I have dealt with issues with yeast since i was a child. While working out, i am at higher risk of bacteria accumulation because i sweat a LOT in that area. It took a long time to realize that i had to stop wearing tight leggings and shorts when working out because my body's bio isnt built for it when excessively working out for hours at a time. The Flora Balance really did help calm the acidity of my Ph. I noticed a huge difference during my physical trainings, and now only need to use it when doing HIIT challenges. *

If I have abdominal bloat and/or gas from yeast, I reach for the candida normalizer and my stomach is less bloated and goes down within a day or two. I highly recommend this product and prefer it over something I'd find in the drug store. I take it with lemon water and it seems to help. I don't take it every day, but I like to keep some on standby just in case I need it. *

I was having stomach pain and a discharge. I was told that my body was not processing dairy. I was skeptical of using but my stomach hurt and several Drs. could not help me. The flora balance is great. I took it during and after my period. I loved the results. No itching, no discharge, odorous nothing. I also limited tampon use which was the target of my yeast infections. The combination of that decision and this product left me feeling great...down there. Lol. Just being honest. And this was few months ago, a couple periods ago. No problem at all since then. So I'm assuming it leveled my ph as well. *
