Love this book! I've had an inversion table for a couple of years now and wasn't aware of it's benefits. I'm grateful that it's mentioned in this book and that you guys highlighted some of the key benefits of inversion. I was also excited to see the mentioning of the clay baths. I had purchased some Aztec clay a while back as a facial mask and had never thought to use it the way you've outlined. This book is very detailed in it's instructions and there are lots of other things outlined that can be done to enhance the overall cleansing experience. Love it Dherbs! *
