I would recommend the 20 day full body cleanse to anyone. I was reluctant with this particular one because I felt it would be too challenging. It actually was not bad after you get past the first week. I got myself in a routine and was really motivated as I started to look and feel better. I found myself with more energy and I rest better at night. I also have less bloating. It is Day 18 for me and I have lost 12 pounds. I will continue trying additional products with Dherbs to assist in reaching my weight loss goals and hope to improve my overall health.
