I am on my 9th day on the FBD. I would have to say the hardest days were the first 3 days! The craving for meats and cooked foods were overwhelming. I had hunger headaches, I was jumpy and irritated! But after the 3rd day, I was fine, I wasn't hungry or tired! The big test for me was on my 6th day, my family had a cook-out for my Grandmother and I didn't crave anything that was cooked, though it smelt good!!on a whole, I feel better about myslef, I feel more energetic and vibrant. *
