Not completely done yet...I started just thinking I would try it once. I've heard about the Full Body Cleanse over the radio during different broadcasts for years so I figured now I would give it a try. Weighed myself to get a start weight (250lbs ugh). Said I would weigh myself weekly and to my surprise... a wee after I was grateful to see that I was down 10lbs!!! Sticking to raw foods and water and taking the pills on time (as close to the time as possible lol) with no exercise yet. I'm motivated to continue and stay on target.
