My experience with the Full Body Cleanse has been great. I was so excited once I received the products. The first three days was a challenge for me because I have never done anything like this before. However, this product has changed my life forever. I have lost 10 pounds. I have a lot of energy. Usually my normal routine is to take a nap, not because I want to, but because I need to due to lack of energy. Thank you so much for the Full Body Cleanse. I thought it was going to be too hard, but surprisingly I've been on point with taking the supplements. My head is clearer, more energetic, smoother skin, fresher body odor and I'm not dehydrated due to drink lots of water and eating fruits and vegetables. It costs a little, but compared to the cost of fast food, headache medicine, ex lax and blood pressure medicine, it's worth it. *

It's day 18 of the FBC and just wanted to provide some encouragement to others who are considering or just starting the cleanse. YOU CAN DO IT!! There have been some challenging times but one day it clicked...my mind wanted a steak but my body just wanted to eat, the choice was mine. That Sunday morning in church, I took a bite and never realized how good an apple really tasted!! It's been all downhill since then!! Oh yeah, once I finally told people I was doing the cleanse I got some remarks..."did you eat your nuts and seeds today?" I just giggled, said "umm hmm" as I pulled the waistband on my sagging pants! LOL!! Last night my husband told me my skin even looked different...I'm loving it! The FBC is great. I'll update with my final weight 'release' numbers in 2 days! *
