The herbs are amazing and easy to take. They are small and not hard to swallow. I felt natural energy and clarity, I slept better and after the 3rd day on the herbs, I stopped having heart palpitations and bleeding and spotting! Didn't care for the charcoal, but it's not horrible, just remember to follow up with some warm water or tea to get that chalky feeling out of your throat. Overall, I am excited to do the Full Body Cleanse for a second time!!! *

Awesome! The Full Body Cleanse worked very well and I feel renewed. I followed the meal plan as suggested and did not find myself hungry or craving the things I hated to give up the most. I have continued the meal plan slightly incorporating some cook items but very little meat products. I am no longer constantly feeling fatigued and achy. *
