I started the Full Body Detox early March of 2009. The first few days I noticed the affects it was having on me were positive. I had a runny nose, sneezing, coughing, and a lot of mucus was coming up. I honestly didn’t feel too great but I knew it was because my system was being cleansed. I've fasted and detoxed before but this one was different. I have been a 90% raw foodist for about 3 months now so the dietary rules weren't difficult for me. What was difficult was dealing with the emotional cleansing that began to take place as a result of me performing this detox. I had a LOT of anger and irritation surfacing, forcing me to deal with some things I've been avoiding for years. I'm still working through some pain, but performing this detox forced me to come face to face with it. I felt it weird because I could actually feel the herbs working, especially in my stomach and womb area. Physically, I have trimmed up a bit and I have been getting compliments for the past 2 weeks from my coworkers about my skin and how I seem to have a glow about myself.
