The Full Body Cleanse is a phenomenal cleanse. I lost about 10 pounds on it and really enjoyed eating raw fruits and vegetables. The eating practice was great, however, I had to really push creatively to put together my dinner because I ran out of ideas. But over time I figured it out. I love.
