I looked in the mirror, this morning, and did not recognize myself. It was a little startling, but I was comfortably curious. I brought the Detox (Full Body Detox) and it set on my table for two weeks before I had the courage to start a new chapter in wanting to live longer. After being diagnosed with breast cancer, I needed to try to clear all the toxins out of my body so I dove straight in with the Full Body Detox. I felt great during the process. I look better and feel better with the only exception of my lymph node. As far as the diet, I was already on raw foods so that part was not too difficult. I found my only challenge during the detox was trying to locate the Alkalized Water at Whole Foods. So I stuck with the distilled water. I found the product to be very good. My husband recently completed the Full Body Detox and it has been a blessing. Several years ago, he was diagnosed with High blood pressure, CHF and diabetes. His weight also bloomed to 290lbs. Great product! I purchased the Full Body Detox (FBT) for my fiance who has a pinched nerve, spasticity, sciatica and muscle spasms.
