The Full Body Cleanse is wonderful. This was the first time I did a cleanse so I wasn't sure what to expect. I followed all the directions and learned a lot about discipline. In the process, I lost 9 pounds and 15 inches off of my body. The inflammation and pain in my knee disappeared, hot flashes diminished and sleep was deeper. I feel so great and now I pay attention to all the foods that I put in my body. I eat more plant based and fish and I am loving myself and pain free. I have told so many people about this who are still full of crap. :) I recommend the Full Body Cleanse to everyone. *

This will be my 2nd time using the Full Body Cleanse. The 1st time I lost 17lbs and had my physical blood work done right after. My numbers were great, I didn't workout because of physical restraints but this time I will include more exercise. It wasn't hard to jump into eating raw. *
