The product encouraged me to increase my daily water intake. Although, I don't see any changes, it's likely that I was not disciplined enough. Maybe I'll try it again & when I'm ready to cleanse the right way. *

I'm not doubting DHerbs but the full body cleanse was not for me. It was just too many pills that I had to take and plus I felt like they were clashing with my other medications so I stopped. Like I said I truly believe they work but they were not for me had my heart beating too fast when I was not doing anything so I didn't take them one day just to see and when I didn't take them for that day my heart didn't race like a race horse. *

I was not exactly mentally prepared to take all those herbs on a daily basis and I was confused on what I could and could not eat. I stayed hungry and I didn't drink water as I needed to. I did 10 days. I will have to do the other 10 later this month so the key is to be mentally prepared and know ur strength. *

The product did help my blood sugar level decrease. After 20 days I had lost 10 lbs - I was expecting much more due to the sacrificing of sugars, starches and meats. I ate nor did I drink anything that needed heat or had to be cooked. I was definitely not satisfied with the weight lose. I even incorporated a daily walking plan along with the change in eating habits. *

A lot, A lot of pills, daily. It made me drink a lot of water, which was best part of it. I only lost 6lbs which I hoped would be more. My diet could have been better, but I did have a raw food diet for about 9 of days. Looked up the herbs which sounds outstanding. I'm am willing to try product again. *
