Reviews: Full Body Cleanse

Today is my last day of the Full Body Cleanse. It was a long 20-day journey that proved to be quite challenging. When I began, I was nervous. As a travel nurse on assignment in NOLA (New Orleans, WHODAT nation), I indulged in a lot of delicious food, which led to swelling and worsened migraines. Additionally, my morning headaches, stomach issues, and feelings of being polluted and sluggish were taking a toll. I suffer from hypothyroidism and take Synthroid daily, along with Amlodipine for hypertension and cholesterol medication. I realized that I needed to make a change and say no to artificial medication. During my last assignment in Virginia, I started eating differently and exercising at the hospital's gym. I arrived in VA weighing 179 lbs at 5'3". By changing my eating habits, I lost 10 lbs. The cleanse has been a way for me to jumpstart a new lifestyle as I approach 56 years old. It has helped me stick to a regimen, similar to my active duty days in the military. I completed the cleanse with one error when my husband fixed a sweet potato for me on day 18, which I ate. Thankfully, I stuck to one meal a day consisting of a salad and ate raw fruits, veggies, nuts, and a healthy drink for breakfast. I also maintained my usual water intake of a gallon a day. I didn't take any of my medications during the cleanse, and my blood pressure has remained steady at 108-118/72-78. I currently weigh 157 lbs, the lowest in 11 years. I lost 12 lbs and continue to work out steadily. Thank you so much Dherbs for this cleanse. I plan to cleanse quarterly and incorporate other cleanses as needed. The Full Body Cleanse worked awesome for me the first time I used it. I lost 22 lbs and felt amazing. I was full of energy and didn't incorporate any exercise. At first, I was not sure if the Full Body Cleanse would work. I heard Steve Harvey speak about it so many times. Seeing Anthalena Patrice Martin's transformation sold me. I purchased the product but needed to make sure I had everything needed to complete the program. I needed to transform my thinking because meat would be out of the picture. Meat was all we ate. I am a week away from completing my 20 days. I am down 10 pounds and have a few more to go. *

I think the Full Body Cleanse is a great product. I'm still in the midst of it all. I think 30 pills a day is a big number but doable. I'm feeling clean and much lighter. *

Awesome product. Having a raw foods menu or using the herbs book and having the food at hand will help you avoid eating the wrong foods when you're hungry. The Full Body Cleanse takes discipline, especially if you're used to eating whatever you like, so be prepared. However, if you do the cleanse, it will make a difference in your energy levels, thinking, and weight loss goals. *

The Full Body Cleanse was great despite there being a lot of capsules. I noticed inches melting off and I felt great. My water intake skyrocketed and I was more mindful of how I ate, when I ate, as well as what I ate. If there is a liquid/dropper form of this, I would be interested because after the first 8 days, I was gagging taking the pills. Overall, I will do it again, maybe quarterly to continue on my weight goals as well as a healthy body overall. This was a solid investment. *
