1st time ever doing any sorts of detox. I was surprised that I was not hungry while completing the FBD. In the beginning, I noticed that my skin itches after I woke up. But after a week or so, the itch just went away. I think that the poison was escaping through my skin while I was sleeping at night. I'm going to do my second TBD soon.
