The Full Body Cleanse was an excellent experience. For 20 days, I ate Raw as the FBC recommended. I had so much energy which I began to notice around the 4th day. My esthetician commented on how wonderful my skin looked. This was 2.5 weeks into my cleanse. My weight loss was less than most and I'm sure that's because I was already Vegetarian and cleanse each year. It wasn't difficult to switch to raw (except dinner when I really learned how to be creative with a raw meal). I have decided to do Dherbs cleanse 2x per year and follow-up with the Maintenance package which I'm currently doing with wonderful success. *

The Full Body Cleanse does the job! I always lose weight and feel so light and less sluggish, if any sluggishness at all. I will do this every 3 months to maintain my results. *
