First I must say I "RELEASED" 15 pounds after completing the Full Body Detox. I must admit I strayed from the program slightly because I have a 7 year old son and when I was making dinner for him I would have a small portion of dinner as well (so weak I know). I felt like I had a brand new body!! I had so much more energy, I slept well, my skin was beautiful, my bowel movements were less fowl smelling, just the overall difference was seem by myself and others.
