The Full Body Cleanse is a natural way to renew, reboot, and reset the body. As a very active senior and long-time vegetarian, after about three days of cleansing, the morning stiffness and joint pain literally disappeared. By the third day, my body felt renewed and energized. By the seventh day, my digestive system was rebooted to function more normally and completely. And by the fifteenth day, I was ready to reset and continue to live my best life - playing four to five rounds of golf every week. I'm a golf addict, hahaha.
