After doing this cleanse two different time, I’ve notice I prefer the warmer weather. I tend to eat a great deal of sugar, after a cleanse I find it so much easier to say no to those sugar treats. I only lost about 8lbs – 10 lbs., there were some steps I didn’t do but my vision became noticeably better along with my blood pressure. Towards the 15th day I started to struggle with my food prep. (Thank Goodness for Vegan Restaurants) This time it will be a different story, I’m buying a food processor and preparing and packaging my food a couple of days ahead of time.
