I think the product was great & really effective. This product really does work. I purchased this product twice so far. The first time I took it & followed just about every rule in the booklet that was sent to me with the Full Body Cleanse product; I really did loose 20 pound's in 20 day's due to me just drinking water which I regularly do anyway & eating nothing but fruit, raw vegetables,almond's, cashew's ,& seed's for the 20 day program. I didn't exercise once during that first time I tried the product just so i can see it's full potential; & I was a 100% satisfied with the result's. The other great thing about it is that it's natural & cleanses all your major organ's; What more can you ask for in a product. The second time i took it I slightly changed the diet by adding grilled chicken,fish, & different dressing's to my salads twice a week & I still lost 14 pound's. I plan on purchasing this product for a third time with adding exercise to the program & I'm positive I won't be disappointed with the result's. Live healthy,strong,& happy everyone... *

Initially, I had reservations about taking on this challenge. However, I embraced the challenge and completed the 20 day regimen. I couldn't have been more proud of myself. First, for experiencing the lifestyle of a true vegan. Secondly, following the steps as ordered in preparing the food and taking the herbs. It was difficult but you can do it! Very helpful and it actually helps you with your eating habits. I haven't eaten the same since I did the full body cleanse. Still on fruit juicing, fruits, vegetables I do not eat the same at all.
