Product is true to it's name. I started the full body cleanse on a Monday and 20 days later I was 18 pounds lighter. The fat around my stomach, waste and latissimus dorsi had went down drastically. I cannot tell you how much inches I lost around my waste but I could tell that it had shrunk considerably. My skin was also smoother, not sure if it was due to the amount of water I was drinking but I am sure it was a combination of both the detox and the water. My energy level also went up. The first three days was the hardest (trying to eat all raw fruits and vegetables) but after the three days, it became much easier. I would say to make sure you purchase and prepare your food early. Waiting until you are hungry would mean that you would want to eat outside of the recommended foods. Other than that I had great success. I am getting ready for my boyfriends 50th birthday celebration in September. I am doing the detox again because it worked so well last time.
