The Full Body Cleanse is a very good product that I believe in and will help cleanse your body and be more healthy. The key is to be disciplined enough to stick to the instructions for the full 20 days. There will be plenty of temptations not to, but if it is done correctly you won't regret it and it can start you on a better lifestyle as far as your eating habits. *

I try to do the Full Body Cleanse every year to jump start my loss of winter weight gain and to put my sugar addiction in check. I have a hard time with all raw, so some of my veggies where steamed. But I always feel great at the end of the 20 days. *
