Reviews: Full Body Cleanse

A lot, A lot of pills, daily. It made me drink a lot of water, which was best part of it. I only lost 6lbs which I hoped would be more. My diet could have been better, but I did have a raw food diet for about 9 of days. Looked up the herbs which sounds outstanding. I am willing to try the cleanse again. *

The Full Body Cleanse did help my blood sugar level decrease. After 20 days I had lost 10 lbs - I was expecting much more due to the sacrificing of sugars, starches and meats. I did not eat nor did I drink anything that needed heat or had to be cooked. I was definitely not satisfied with the weight lose. I even incorporated a daily walking plan along with the change in eating habits. *

The Full Body Cleanse encouraged me to increase my daily water intake. Although, I don't see any changes, it's likely that I was not disciplined enough. Maybe I'll try it again & when I'm ready to cleanse the right way. *

I'm giving the Full Body Cleanse three stars because of incorrect measurements on behalf of the company. I ordered two cleanses, one for myself and my partner. We started ten days apart and his cleanse didn't have enough pills to do the full twenty days. Besides the inconsistency in pill amount, we both feel really good and are looking forward to keeping the values we've created during the cleanse to get us to our health and wellness goals. *

I didn’t get the results I wanted , but the program definitely got me back on a healthy vegetable diet. I would now like to continue by trying the monthly body cleanse next. On a monthly basis. I believe this product is a good cleanser Aid . *

The only downfall that I experienced on the Full Body Cleanse was that I had a terrible headache the third day of the cleanse. I finished my Full Body Cleanse last Tuesday and to my pleasant surprise I lost 11lbs. I will definitely be doing the Full Body Cleanse soon. I used the Full Body Cleanse about a year go and it worked great. This time it didn’t seem to work as well, part of the reason maybe because I have change most of my eating habits since the first time. I highly recommend this cleanse. *

It was good for the nine days I did it. The food is expensive and time consuming. You can't have anything cooked and that's what's hard to me. *

I am currently on day 7 of the Full Body Cleanse and so far so good so no results to provide just yet which is why I only gave it 3 stars (which I'm sure will change once I'm officially done). I previously took the 10 day express cleanse and lost about 8 lbs and overall felt healthier and more energized. Therefore, I am excited about seeing this cleanse all the way through and possibly doing another 20 days in the near future! *
