My first two days were there worst. I had a headache all day. By day 3 I was feeling better. I'm not sure what day I started feeling more energy. It just happened. I didn't take any reflux meds during the cleanse and found I didn't need them. Day 20 I was anxious to eat something cooked but not ridiculous. The Full Body Cleanse has changed my outlook on foods. Actually I did like it, it did what it was supposed to do. I absolutely LOVE the Full Body Cleanse! I did this cleanse late last year along with my significant other so we could motivate one another during the process. The benefits have been amazing for us, we feel like younger adults. Some of medical conditions no longer required to take routine medications as previous.
