I believe the product worked really well. I didn't follow a strict diet which counteracted against the cleanse, but I didn't feel bloated. I felt clear and energized. I'm considering taking it again, but the only thing I didn't like was taking all of those pills every day for twenty days. Around day thirteen, I was over it, but I pushed through. *

This was an AMAZING 21-days. I feel so energized and clear minded. My breathing is clearer and it seems I breathe deeper. I enjoyed the raw diet too, it was simply refreshing from the heavy carb diet I like. Like the fresh baked breads, crackers, cakes, etc. You get the picture.... I have released 14 pounds and feel so good and light. I still want to release another 5-10 pounds so I've ordered the Maintenance Package to help with that and plan to continue with a 70% raw diet.
