The cleanse requirements are strict in diet, but well worth the results if you can stay consistent. It did have me going quite frequently during the first week at times feeling very sick, but the guide will tell you that. Literally this stuff cleans you from the outside out. You feel better and refreshed after completing in plus you will be at least 20-30 pounds lighter if you really follow the raw foods diet while taking it. The D-herbs full body cleanse was fantastic! I lost between 20-25lbs. Even though I ate a few meals that consisted of cooked vegetables ... I went to a vegan Indian restaurant, because I had not prepared my raw food in advance; but even though, the results were still pretty amazing! I'm completing the full body cleanse. I have lost 13lbs and have noticed shrinkage in what doctors have described as fat bump that I have had for years. I have made a few of the Raw food recipes that I will include in my diet. I will continue cleansing with the Kidney and Liver cleanses. I like my results! *
