The Full Body Cleanse did exactly what I hoped it would. I wanted to get a handle on my eating, blood sugar, blood pressure, and weight and the formula did all of that. I lost 9 lbs and feel great. I feel like I have a jump start to a better future. The pills are tasteless and easy to take. I am a diabetic and had to go back on my meds so I did not use the charcoal. The booklet helps a great deal. The receipts are good too. On my next cleanse I will use more of them. I think it will make it easier to eat Raw and Vegan. The 20 days went by like a breeze. After I finally got everything I ordered, and committed myself to doing it. The Full Body Cleanse really worked well. I lost 14.4 lbs and I felt a lot better. The only problem I had was the smell of the Cardo. one and drinking that charcoal. I did it but it was hard. I do think that if I would have drank more water I would have lost more. I never got in all the water I needed. I thought it was gonna make me do number 2 a lot but oh my God I had to pee so so so much. I think that is why I did not drink all the water. I did drink a lot of water but not as much as I should have. *
