Love this product. Came across this product through the Steve Harvey Show. After researching and reading the reviews I finally decided to order it. I have already lost 20 lbs within a month. I run track for my Uni. but last season I got hurt, lazy and gained a lot of weight. This product has helped me in getting back into track shape. This about to be my third time ordering the full body cleanse. I recommend it for anybody who is looking to shed weight and become healthy. *

This is my 4th time doing the Full Body Cleanse. The first-time it was to rid my body of all of the western medicine that I had to take, due to several surgeries, this time it was for that reason and to lose some of the weight from being on bed rest for long periods of time. I gained about 70 lbs after having 4 endometriosis surgeries at one time, then having a car accident and trip and fall accident months apart last year. I am disabled and had 3 surgeries so far, pending about 5 more. I have to take pain meds, and I hate taking anything except herbs or homeopathic remedies. The first time that I took the cleanse was in 2012, I believe I lost 8 lbs in 3 days (total 35lbs) and was ecstatic. This time around, I lost over 20 lbs. I was more active then and working, so that made a difference. It wasn't hard to stick to the regimen. I thought about my daughter, who is 10, and my overall health. That was motivation enough! I need to be here to take care of her. I'm young and need to be in better shape before having any more surgeries. I've been slim all of my life, never had any weight problems, until the endometriosis surgeries. I will get back to my old weight with the 20 day cleanse. I am on my way, 58 more lbs to go. I'm starting the maintenance kit today, since I finished the full body cleanse yesterday. *

This cleanse was amazing in 3 days I lost 5lbs and a total of 8lbs overall. I took before and after pictures that told the tale of my progress. My stomach is flatter, clothes fitting looser, and I slept very well. Eating raw wasn't a challenge for me because of all the great recipes on this site. My favorite recipe was the chorizo tacos and the option to eat avocados. The cleanse brought up impurities on my face, so I'm doing a clay mask as suggested. Although you have to commit to a strict raw diet, it's so worth it. I felt great after the cleanse was over. Lighter, more energy. I slept better. I knew all the sugar and caffeine was out of my system. Lost 16lbs. I ate right but didn't exercise at all. I would do it all again. I know what to expect. Dherbs awesome products. I recently completed the Full Body Cleanse and saw great results inside and out. The first 5 days were tough, I felt like giving up, so glad that I didn't. I started preparing raw recipes from the Dherbs site which aided in my progress. It takes time to prep your meals but its so worth the work. My blood pressure remained in normal range without medication and I loss 24 pounds.......whoo hooo! I started this journey because I wanted to cleanse my body, colon and blood were top priorities. The cleanse changed my approach to food and has allowed me to make better food choices. I have continued to eat healthier, still consuming plenty of water, raw fruits, veggies and nuts.
